WP5 is dedicated to creating a network of strategic partnerships with stakeholders from the partner institutions’ regions who are key to the T4EU mission, and piloting innovative multi-actor collaboration formats within this interregional knowledge and innovation ecosystem.
Key outcomes will be a smart transformation strategy paper, partly public smart transformation lectures, and innovative projects developed in multi-actor competitions and transformation labs.
