Matteo Commellato, a master’s student in Environmental and Nature Sciences and Technologies at UniTS, shares with our Magazine how the Transform4Europe alliance has enriched his academic and personal journey.
Matteo fully embraced the opportunities offered by being part of the Alliance, first participating in the T4EU Week in Poland at USIL, and later deciding to attend interdisciplinary courses in Germany at Saarland University.
This allowed him to broaden his horizons beyond his field of study, joining multicultural and interdisciplinary teams and developing valuable transferable skills.
Direct interaction with students from across Europe strengthened his identity as a European citizen, opening up new perspectives.
The path Matteo chose is part of the experiences and opportunities available to every student at UniTS: being part of a University Alliance and accessing international experiences like these, which differ from Erasmus, is both wonderful and enriching in so many ways.
You can find Matteo’s interview in the new issue of the magazine “Piazzale Europa News.”
