Privacy – processing personal data

The Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June of 2003 provides protection for individuals and other parties regarding the processing of personal data. Based on the mentioned law, this treatment will be processed correctly, lawfully and transparently and shall protect your privacy and other rights. According to the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform the users that:

• All personal data will be used and processed solely for official purposes related to health surveillance prescribed by Consolidated Law 81/2008
• The data will be handled by paper and by computer
• The authorization of the data treatment is obligatory for the execution of the activity regarding the health surveillance; the possible refusal to supply these data shall lead to the application of the relevant sanctions provided for the art. 9 comma 1 letter a
• The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be circulated
• In every moment you may exercise your rights regarding the processing of data, in accordance with article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003
• The owner of the data processing is the University of Study of Trieste, represented by its pro-tempore legal representative, the Honorable Rector, who is domiciled in this function at the headquarters of the university.
