Medical file

The Occupational Physician prepares for every worker a medical file in which there are the information collected by the planned activities evaluation form. These information are about the state of health and the result of possible lab and specialized examinations. The worker has the right to have a copy of them and an explanation in the absolute respect for the privacy.

The Prevention and Protection Service keeps a copy of the certificates of suitability, in order to organize the schedule of the periodic visits. The possible specific prescriptions from the Occupational Physician are communicated to the persons in charge of the structure, with the request to inform the related supervisors.
