Please be informed that, on the occasion of the Christmas holidays, the University will be closed. For further information, please consult the following link:

Our Office will be closed to the public from Monday, 22 December 2025, and will reopen regularly on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.
During the closure period, responses to requests sent via email cannot be guaranteed.

INCOMING STUDENTS' DESK OPENING HOURS:
The office receives upon reservation on the following days:
Monday from 3.00pm to 5.00pm
Wednesday from 9.00am to 11.00am

The booking time refers to the desk opening time. The reception will take place according to the booking order.
Please note that to access the desk you will need to show the booking receipt sent you by email and an identity document. If you are unable to be at the desk in person, you can delegate a third person who must have a proxy and a copy of your identity document.
Please note that you can make a reservation up to 7 days before and until the day before the day of your choice.
