Applications are now open for the “T4EU Green Transformer Summer School<\/strong>” and Student Challenge<\/strong> “Enabling Innovative Wool Transformation Through Sustainable and Adaptive Resource Processing<\/em><\/strong>“, which will take place in Izola (Slovenia) from the 29th of June to the 3rd of July<\/strong>, hosted by the University of Primorska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initiatives are designed to equip students with the tools to radically rethink the wool production industry. Hosted with the support of the world-class InnoRenew CoE research infrastructure, this program merges material science, sustainability, and rural innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program <\/strong>offers a unique interdisciplinary curriculum that takes you out of the classroom and into the field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Expert Workshops: Access cutting-edge laboratory equipment at the InnoRenew CoE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Field Visits: Meet sheep breeders and visit traditional processing workshops in collaboration with the Interreg Woolshed project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Map the entire wool ecosystem to identify bottlenecks and innovation opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
