{"id":2000,"date":"2025-09-24T11:44:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T11:44:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.units.it\/transform4europe\/?p=2000"},"modified":"2025-10-09T14:06:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T14:06:09","slug":"junior-labs-an-opportunity-for-phd-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.units.it\/transform4europe\/index.php\/2025\/09\/24\/junior-labs-an-opportunity-for-phd-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior Labs: an opportunity for PhD students"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Through the Junior Labs initiative, T4EU PhD students have the unique opportunity to establish their own <strong>academic groups<\/strong>, or to <strong>join <\/strong>an existing one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are T4EU Junior Labs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T4EU Junior Labs are <strong>short-term<\/strong>, student-driven academic networks established by PhD candidates currently enrolled at T4EU partner universities.<br>Their purpose is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Encourage <\/strong>interdisciplinary academic work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitate <\/strong>networking among PhDs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promote <\/strong>international engagement and provide critical experience to enhance future career prospects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support <\/strong>international mobility in Europe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Junior Lab runs for up to two years and is coordinated by a <strong>project leader<\/strong>, who must remain registered as a PhD student at a T4EU university for the entire duration of the project.
