The goal is to\neducate students to an entrepreneurial mindset by involving real entrepreneurs\nas role models. Many universities introduced programs on student\nentrepreneurship or included entrepreneurship strategy as a compulsory subject\nin the curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The T4EU project is the opportunity to meet\nthe entrepreneur face to face. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the\nfirst week of June, the University of Trieste hosted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nikolaminkov\/\">Mr. Nikola Minkov<\/a> on the behalf of the second International\nvisiting lectureship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikola\nMinkov is the founder and CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/serpact.com\">Serpact<\/a>, a small Bulgarian SEO agency\nestablished in 2016. The agency has managed more than 2,500 successful SEO\nprojects and is the only Bulgarian SEO agency to have participated in three\nGoogle events, with over 80 international certificates and 14 international\nawards in the past five years. Minkov also has significant teaching experience\nas a lecturer in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-sofia.bg\/index.php\/eng\">Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski<\/a> and Varna Free University\n&#8220;Chernorizets Hrabar&#8221;\u200b in Bulgaria, in Tokyo University in Japan, in\nAustralia, and Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turning 500 Euros into a 3 Million Euro\nStartup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minkov\nkindly shared his story of how he turned 500 Euros into a 3 Million Euro\nstartup. He emphasizes that business opportunities are where problems exist,\nand the key is to identify them. He talks about the structure of his company,\nwhich includes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SEO Agency Serpact;<\/li><li>The first Bulgarian fully SEO\nfocused program <a href=\"https:\/\/serpacad.com\">SERP Acad.<\/a>;<\/li><li>SEO Conference <a href=\"https:\/\/serpconf.com\">SERP Conf.<\/a>;<\/li><li>and other products.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He also\nintroduces his latest startup, <a href=\"https:\/\/trackian.com\">Trackian<\/a>, which is currently on pre-seed\nfunding stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lessons Learned and Personal Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minkov\nshared some personal stories and lessons learned throughout his journey. He\ntalked about his failures, including his bankruptcy and how he turned his life\naround. He emphasized the importance of sharing knowledge and helping others,\nregardless of how much money one has. Furthermore, he discussed setting goals\nand how having daily, weekly, and monthly goals can help one achieve success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Minkov\nshared some of his other achievements and involvements, including being a\nmember of the board of directors in <a href=\"https:\/\/beabg.com\/\">Bulgarian\nE-commerce Association<\/a>, having around 10 years of experience in digital marketing, being\ncertified by Google, Bing and HubSpot Academy, and giving talks at various\nconferences worldwide. He also mentioned being a member of Rotary International\nand serving as a president on their local group in Bulgaria in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Importance of SEO and Digital Marketing in\nBusiness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The speaker\ncompared the internet users in Bulgaria to those in Italy and highlighted the\ndifference in population and target audience, discussing the significance of\nsearch engine optimization (SEO) and how it affects the organic results\ngenerated by Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Dominate Your Business Niche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lesson\nlearned is composed by eight simple points to dominate a business niche,\nincluding conceptualization, investment, focus on customers, value proposition,\nmarketing, branding, alliances and partnerships, and innovation.
