It is freely available at:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/migsoler\/BINDesignER\"> https:\/\/github.com\/migsoler\/BINDesignER<\/a><\/p>\n<p>to make it work, you will need to download few other codes, also freely available for academic use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GROMACS: <a href=\"http:\/\/manual.gromacs.org\/documentation\/2019.3\/download.html\">http:\/\/manual.gromacs.org\/documentation\/2019.3\/download.html<\/a><\/li>\n<li>SCWRL4: <a href=\"http:\/\/dunbrack.fccc.edu\/scwrl4\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/dunbrack.fccc.edu\/svcwrl4\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>and a number of scoring functions. The choice of scoring function will depend on your system.
