The 9th Diachronic Generative Syntax conference will be held in the Conference Room of the Biblioteca Statale di Trieste  (State Library of Trieste),  Largo Papa Giovanni XXIII, 6

The Biblioteca Statale di Trieste occupies Palazzo Morpurgo, a neoclassical mansion of the first half of the 19th century which has been recently carefully restored preserving the original decor.

Alongside the usual library activities, the Biblioteca Statale di Trieste hosts various cultural events, such as conferences and art exhibits.

The Biblioteca Statale is located in the city center, just a few minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia and the hotels nearby. It is also served by bus 30, which leaves from the railway station and stops right opposite the Bibiloteca's entrance.
